“A brief authored by attorney Allan Parker of the Justice Foundation on behalf of the National Institute of Family of Life Advocates, or NIFLA, urges the reversal of Roe. The first of five specific arguments set forth in the brief states that abortion is a crime against humanity. Since Roe allows for a continuation of this manslaughter, it must be overturned.
