Big Victory for NIFLA and New York Centers

“We are thrilled with the ruling in our favor as it recognizes that pregnancy resource centers in NY are now free to help women who regret taking the abortion pill and want a chance at saving the lives of their babies. Abortion pill reversal, as the court said, offers no financial gains for pregnancy centers. They are simply giving women another option than ending the lives of their unborn babies. Speech isn’t unconstitutional simply because the other side disagrees with it. We are very happy with the ruling today.”
