Registration Notice
Courses are limited in size and usually reach maximum capacity prior to course dates. To register online with a credit card, please complete the registration form below at bottom of this page. Please be sure to follow the registration and payment screens all the way through to the “thank you” page. Once you have clicked the final “submit order” button, you should receive an email confirmation with a link to print a receipt for your records. This will ensure you that your registration was submitted correctly.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Payment is required at the time you register in order to secure your spot. The name of the attendee is also required when registering. If you are registering for someone else, be sure to check the spelling of the name as this will be used for printing materials for the course.
DO NOT REGISTER ONLINE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
If you are a TLC center or a center going through TLC, please DO NOT register for any ultrasound courses online. You must contact your TLC consultant, Anne O’Connor, to schedule the ultrasound registration for your center.
If your center has CREDIT TO BE APPLIED, please DO NOT register online. Please contact NIFLA‘s Conference Coordinator, Victoria Vazquez, at (540) 372-3930 to apply your credit.

When scheduling your flight, please note the course times which are as follows:
Thursday & Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am – 4:00pm
Please make your flight arrangements accordingly.
What is included in your registration fee:
Meals: breakfast, lunch and afternoon breaks provided onsite.
What is NOT Included in your registration fee:
Airfare, ground transportation to and from airport/hotel, hotel room reservations and dinner.
Important note:
Please note that you are not officially registered for any course until your registration has been confirmed by NIFLA. Although we strive to keep this page up-to-date at all times, our courses sometimes fill quickly and we may have reached capacity before this form could be updated. If this is the case, you will be notified as soon as possible.
